Performance appraisal is purely an organisational process which is conducted by the order of the management. performance appraisal is done inorder to evaluate the performance of employees. The information collected through Performance appraisal is further used for development of organisation and better administration. Also, it helps in fulfillment of organisational objectives as the appraisal of employees is just one of the activities which is aimed at improvement of their performance.
